In October 2017, Epiphany Dance Theater will present the 14th annual San Francisco Trolley Dances , an admission-free festival that past attendees have dubbed “art for citizens” and an event which “remains the cultural heart and truth of San Francisco.”

SFTD is an ideal representation of Epiphany’s focus on art and community. It serves as an artist laboratory and engages audiences along a different MUNI-streetcar route each year, through site-specific dance performance inspired by the cultural, architectural, ethnological, historical, and other riches of the city’s neighborhoods.
