Cost to attend?

All performances are free to attend and are experienced as walking tours. However, space within the park will be limited so we suggest returning back to this page soon, as we will be setting up tour pre-registration closer to the event. Donations are always welcomed.

How do I find my way to the performance sites?

Epiphany will offer 2 tours. Our Starting Location/Welcome Station within Salesforce Park will be announced in Mid-September and will be identified on our event map.

When do I need to show up? We encourage you to arrive at 5:30PM and 7PM to reserve your spot on the tour. While there will be a limited amount of pre-registration spots (available online closer to the event), all other spots are first-come/first-serve so please show up early to ensure your space on a tour. Tours will start promptly at 6PM and 7:30PM.

Are we going to ride a trolley/should I have MUNI fare?

While this event celebrates the anniversary of San Francisco Trolley Dances (Oct. 20-21), Night Trolley does not require a train ride, and MUNI fare is not required as part of a tour.

Are Event Maps available?

We will be publishing an event map closer to the date of the production. You may print one out or view it via smartphone/electronic device.

What do I bring?

Comfortable walking shoes, a bottle of water, layers/rain gear as conditions suggest.

How long is the whole tour?

The tour should take just over 1 hour.

What if I need mobility assistance?

Salesforce Park has ADA accessible entrances/exits, as well as restrooms, and will be identified on event maps. Please contact connect@epiphanydance.org before the event; we’ll gladly accommodate your needs.

What do I do after the show is over?

Explore the SoMa neighborhood! Night Trolley and SF Trolley Dances are celebrations of the rich and diverse neighborhoods of San Francisco, and we invite you to walk around and visit the various businesses and sights in the area.

Who puts this on?

Epiphany Dance Theater is excited to partner with Salesforce Park’s Biederman Redevelopment Ventures to co-present Transit Dances: Night Trolley. The event is presented as a part of San Francisco Trolley Dances Festival’s 15th Anniversary and is supported with additional funding from the National Endowment for the Arts, California Arts Council, SF Grants for the Arts, Zellerbach and Kenneth Rainin Foundations, and Intersection for the Arts.

Epiphany Dance Theater’s Artistic Director Kim Epifano founded SF Trolley Dances in 2004 and has produced the festival annually ever since, with the help and support of all of our community partners, fans and volunteers.
